For the price, I thought I would be getting a great pillow! Comes out of the package completely flat which should have been a giveaway. I gave it a couple hours to fluff up and though it "looks" fluffier, it's honestly no better than sleeping without a pillow. My son even tried it because his pillow is memory foam and quite high/firm for him so he thought he would love a less firm, more fluffy pillow but he said the same thing I did. There's absolutely no substance to this. I don't understand how they can call it memory foam. Needless to say, returning it and buying a higher priced one (but still cheaper than this one) from my local Walmart that matches the one my husband has.

Not what I expected at all. I was trying to replace my older memory foam pillow with this one, but it turns out this pillow has very little memory foam in it, and the fluff in the middle is not filling enough. It's so uncomfortable I actaully got a neck pain the next morning. This pillow gives me zero support for the neck and it can't keep my head up. Very disappointed.

This is my third Bamboo pillow from Amazon. Happy as always to say the least! I am a pillow hoarder and Am always looking for that just right pillow.... since purchasing these pillows I don't have to search any more. They are by far the most comforable, breathable pillows I have owned in my 35 years of life. I wish everything was "bamboo"! I hit the pillow and then hit dreamland. Would highly recommend!

I am very disappointed. This is the second pillow I have purchased from this company and this second one has hardly any filling in it at all. When laying on it, it's like not using a pillow at all. The 1st one was a bit flatter then I like but this one flattens right down to the bed. I was looking forward to my order and this product is not consistent with the last one I purchased from this company. I have been searching for the perfect bamboo pillow to replace the first type I had ever bought. The first product was as close as I have been able to get out of 5 different brands. The second pillow is no where even close. I can only give this one star.

I was attracted by other reviews, the memory foam aspect and the ability to wash the outer cover of the pillows. I have slept for two nights with the new pillows and have had more extended hours of uninterrupted sleep with them than any other recent pillows I had purchased. When you consider the reasonable price of the pillows to begin with, the noticeable improvement makes them priceless.

This it actually a great pillow! I really do enjoy it. But I have to give it one star for the horrible defect that this pillow has. The zipper to this pillow has literal spikes on it and I have sliced my arm open several times in my sleep. I have always had a pillow case covering the zipper and it still cuts my arm while I'm moving in my sleep causing me to bleed on all of my sheets. I hot-glued the zipper so I won't cut myself anymore. But be careful. It cuts my arm because of the way I hold the pillow at night but you can easily cut your face or neck by moving around on the pillow wrong.

This pillow is the best! # stays cool. It does EXACTLY how Amazon describes it, once you take it outta the package. Plumps up in about a couple of hours...Odering Another One. ordered the Queen Firm.LOVE It!

Amazing. Simply amazing. These pillows are firm enough to hold my head up, but they're soft enough that I feel like I'm on a cloud.
