Does what it says on the tin
This is a good little Thermostat, easy to use once you have read the instructions once or twice. I would get another of these if needed another Thermostat.

Works just fine, the plants in the greenhouse are happy, and the wife's exotic plants are getting through the winter.

Plug doesn't fit in the socket properly
I purchased this to control my LPG boiler which i use to heat my hot tub.When the product arrived i was excited to connect it up - the idea was that the thermostat would cut the power to the water pump when the tub reach 39c, thus cutting out the boiler at the correct temperature. This would save me having to keep going outside and checking the temperature gauge of the filter so that the hot tub didn't keep heating passed 39c.I plugged in my water pump and noticed that the plug didn't push all the way in. This concerned me somewhat. I know it was only the earth pin but i was still not happy that the plug was not seated correctly in the device, this didn't give me the confidence that the device was made to the safety specifications we have in the UK and Europe. (See my review photographs)I did try the device briefly and it did work well. There was a 1c difference between what my hot tub thermostat was reading and this device. The device did work well however and it did turn off my water pump when the threshold i set in the temperature settings was reached.I tried several different plugs in the device and none of them went all the way in. All were left with the earth pin sticking out and the plug rocked side to side. As a result i have ordered a completely different thermostat now - i am just not comfortable that the device is safe. Unfortunately i ripped up the packaging so i am unable to return - so complete waste of money.As a result of the above i am unable to recommend this product to anyone as i do feel the device could be unsafe.I hope that you found my review helpful.

Dangerous
The output socket is dangerous as it is impossible to put a standard UK 3 pin plug in fully, I returned it
