I would like this product replaced and I don't find a way to contact the seller. I have only used it twice and now it doesn't turn on at all. I don't know how I missed reading about this issue in the previous reviews, but I find it unacceptable that a product can stop working within such a short amount of time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL STOP WORKING. This product was brought in November 2023. It’s now April 2024. I used this product 4 times. It has STOPPED WORKING. There is NO OPTION TO RETURN. I am disappointed and disgusted they are selling a faulty product. Look at all the reviews from users that say the product is faulty. Save your money and try another brand.

The heating plates of the roller is not functioning. I bought this in Dec of 2022. No worth it if there is no guarantee.Very expensive if there is no guarantee.

Only worked a couple of times and then stopped working. Doesn't heat up at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.

I had the item for 2-3 weeks, the first day that I got I tested if it’s working and it was working getting up to temperature, the day that my wife needed to use the only thing that was working was the red light and the curlers were stone cold.

Turned it on and smoke immediately poured out. Also it appeared to be used (the box was a mess, taped up). Don't buy from these people.
