Bought this specifically to use for making Cookie Monster inspired cookies. Of course I had to use a decent amount of food coloring to get the deep blue as expected but it worked great and didn’t turn green during baking like some other brands of blues do. Did not affect the taste of the cookies either and the result is some silly cookies with hilarious expressions.

I couldn't be more pleased and it only takes a little bit of gel food coloring. The color is so vibrant without changing the taste of your dessert. An excellent buy for the price!!

They loved the cake everybody had a blue mouth but a nice cake and very tasty cake and I love this brand because it doesn't leave a after taste will be buying more colors
