The media could not be loaded. I am writing this (and made a short video) to hopefully help others that have as hard of a time as I do finding a good pillow. There is NOTHING worse than tossing and turning all night, and/or waking up to start a long work day with a stiff neck and tired. I have shoulder and neck issues, and have a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep. I've tried a lot of pillows, from cheap ones to more expensive. Most of the "memory foam" pillows I have tried are too hard and stay too fluffed up and makes my neck hurt. I have a whole closet full of them. When I opened the package, I was very impressed by how classy and well-made the Urban Bloom Domus Model Memory Foam Pillow presented; and I was hoping it was as comfortable as it looked, so I immediately had to run to the bedroom to try it --- ahhhhhh, the heavens opened and the angels sang! Though I love the last pillow I bought, here on Amazon, this Urban Bloom Domus Model is even better. The Lux Soft case it comes with is not only very classy looking, it keeps me cool, even with a pillowcase over it. It is very soft and soothing. I used to sweat a lot at night and haven't since I've had this pillow. I've spent hundreds of dollars on pillows I don't use and I will happily purchase another Urban Bloom. At least I know that it will get used and not money down the drain.NOTE: I am a side-sleeper. The Urban Bloom pillow works well, in my opinion, for side and back sleepers. As a side sleeper, this pillow supports my neck in a more natural position no matter what position my head is in. It is not too thick which is the worst thing for my neck. It conforms to your head and cradles it in a good position for comfort. There is a 10-Year Warranty on this pillow so obviously this company is proud of the product and stands by the quality and workmanship, which I appreciate very much. I cannot find a single thing I do not like about this Urban Bloom pillow and it fully deserves 5-Stars. I do my research before purchasing and Urban Bloom did not let me down.

EDIT 01/27/18 -- from 5 stars to 3Yes, it has been a long while since my initial review, but reviewers deserve to know..I've recently purchased a Nectar foam mattress, that came with a special deal of 2 foam pillows included. Admittedly, I've nixed my expensive UB Domus pillow for my new ones. And here is why..- the Domus pillow is a nice, firm single-piece foam pillow which cannot be adjusted to your preference of thickness/firmness. I'm a side/back sleeper, and while this firmness may be great for side sleeping, it would wreck havoc on my neck on the days I woke up from sleeping on my back. I currently have the worst stiff neck in history right now, having given this pillow yet another try.My new Nectar pillows had a problem with thickness in the beginning too, but since it's made up of thousands of pieces of foam, the company encourages you to remove as much as needed to suit your liking. With the Domus, this is not even an option.I'm not entirely discontent, because I do use the Domus to prop me up while reading and such, but I definitely do not recommend this pillow for back sleepers..!!---------Orig post -----------------I think I just saw double rainbows..Just received the pillow in the mail and have yet to sleep on it tonight. But I tried laying on it and could automatically feel a difference from other pillows I've tried in the past (Tempurpedic, brookstone..) It's the perfect ratio of squish:firm.I've been having a stiff neck often lately, combined with really tight shoulders. This pillow does a great job safely nestling both areas when you lay on it. I've had problems in the past with other memory foam pillows being too firm (especially when it's colder in the room), and hence didn't really allow you to conform to proper spine alignment. I already know this pillow is gonna be legit.Not only is the pillow of great quality, but the packaging itself (large black sturdy box) looks like it could house a PS4. With a 10-year warranty & I believe a 90-day return policy, you really can't lose. Can't wait to get my slumber on tonight !

The Urban Bloom Best Memory Foam Pillow is fantastic. Straight from the sleek sophisticated box, you can tell that this is a superior product. It is the perfect thickness, not too thick and not too thin either. The pillow cover is soft and breathable; it looks so stylish I almost didn't want to put a pillowcase over it. I love that it is removable and machine washable, which is what I did when I first received it, to help dissipate the mildew like smell. The smell was coming from the memory foam itself but washing the the cover did help. I couldn't use the pillow for awhile because of the the initial smell...I left it out in my garage for a week then when the smell was mostly gone, I put the washed cover and a pillowcase. And since that night, I have noticed a much better sleeping experience! The pillow is so comfortable, firm yet conforms to the shape of your head. It really does help me sleep better and I wake up pain free. Normally my neck is stiff but not when I use the pillow. And this really does have some sort of temperature regulation that it stays cool. The only issue I have now is that both my husband and children love to steal it away from me. They also give it a thumbs up! I recommend this memory foam pillow; don't let the the other reviews of the smell deter you from getting it. The initial smell is strong but after airing it out for some time and covering it with the washed cover and a pillow case, the scent is gone...and then you will be on your way to a more comfortable and well rested night's sleep.

Does not seem to be designed to last long. When it first arrived, I thought the pillow was extremely comfortable and pleasant. But only within a few weeks, it flattened out completely, like a pancake. Now it feels like I'm laying my head on a piece of rubber.
