Replacement Coffee Filter Pads, for Toddy Cold Brew System, 2/pack

I only bought this because it was supposed to be compatible with my Filtron system. I received it on June 5, but had just made a pot of cold brew concentrate, so didn't really pay attention to it. I opened it a few days ago because I need to make a new pot. That's when I discovered the filters are too small and unusable. Unfortunately, today is July 6 and I would have needed to start a refund yesterday. I'm stuck with something that I can't use.

I've had these filters since April, but just opened the package a few weeks ago. I followed package instructions before the first use as well as between uses. I just filtered the third batch of cold brew with this filter, and the results were exactly the same as the first two batches- great filtered coffee concentrate, but 15% of it wouldn't drain/filter from the container. I don't know if the filter is too dense, or what might be wrong, but I've been using the same cold brew system for almost 10 years, and haven't ever had this problem with other filters.
