I purchased 2 goat hair and 2 horse hair. Received all 4 in one shipment. The goat hair was extremely soft and not what I was looking for. (so soft that the bristles matted with 1st use as a facial wash brush). I kept the 2 horse hair and returns the 2 goat (1 used for one time and 1 un-used/unopened). I returned and received the 2 credits. Then today I get email that states they did not get the 3rd item (which there never was 3 sent back) and they are charging my card for It. This means I paid for 1 brush 2 times!! I have both brushes in my possession and paid for them both initially. I only returned 2. I was planning on purchasing more for my business to have avail for customers but not if this is how they conduct business. 🤬

I bought this facial brush with high expectations but unfortunately was very disappointed.The size of the brush is absolutely perfect and the softness of the brush bristles is excellent through face cleaning without over scrubbing the face.My issue was that the bristles started to completely lay flat or bunch up and completely disappear.I've never experienced that with any brushes I've ever had that made in Germany before.My other issue I reached out to the seller and I've had no response so I will reaching out to AMAZON to get a refund on my purchase.I was so looking forward to really liking this brush but unfortunately my experience was less than.

Great facial brush my only complaint is that the bristles come out. There is a slight smell but I love it! Reminds me of wool!

The wooden handle is smooth and strong. The brush is thick with bristles. I am personally looking for a stiffer bristle to scrub my face. This is a good product for someone who might be looking for a soft bristle
