It really help get the scalp healthy for hair growth. I have been using this product since January 2020. I have healthier and thicker hair growth. My bald spot in the top of my head has grown back with great length. I will continue to use this product. The product has worked for me.

It is hard to make an assessment as to how well this product is working as it is mostly subjective. I have thinning hair. I have been taking Ovation Hair Vitamin and Extracts for over a month. I feel I am shedding less amount of hair thus have purchased my second bottle of this product.

So, I did notice a difference but had to discontinue use when I read the ingredients a little closer: saw palmetto can interfere with hormonal birth control. So, if you don't take hormonal birth control, I'd reccomend this product! If you do, definitely talk to your doctor first, or just avoid it altogether.
