Q: Are this firm and suitable for heavy people?

If you read through the reviews, you will find a reviewer that says it will work for heavy people. I bought it for my 96 3/4 year old mom. She is thin, but is usually very cold. I was concerned that the cooling feature of the pillow might make it uncomfortable for her, but it doesn’t. She loves it. A nurse had recommended it.
