This pan does not stick! Period. Easy to clean. Color is good for me. The only had things if you want to call them that is sometimes it's too slick. Browning sausage or hamburger that is cold can be a challenge to keep in the pan. I would have liked this pan better had the sides been higher and less slope sided. Other than that it's a great pan.

I LOVE THIS PAN! It cooks very well, evenly with no hot spots. I have cooked vegetables, chicken and even sticky carmel with absolutely NO sticking! It really just wipes clean with a paper towel. I love the lid too. This only thing I wish was different is the handles....they become VERY hot! I wish the maker had put silicone on the handles. Just be careful. Other than that, this pan is wonderful!

I usually have a hard time when I'm cooking Gumbo or Chili. My pots are simply not big enough for the "mouths" in my family. I looked at various pots and found them too big or too cheap looking. I can say with confidence, this pot fits all of my requirements. First off, I love the color, it matches a ceramic Lodge 7-quart Dutch oven I previously bought. The pot doesn't allow food to stick (at least I haven't had that issue). Not sure what the coating is, but it doesn't look like the average non-stick you see in most pots. The bottom of the pot narrows a bit so, it fits on the eye of the stove without over-lapping. This is especially help-ful when you're using all of the burners at the same time. The handle of the cover allows you to vent steam or lock to keep in. Very handy if you're steaming foods or want to lock in flavor. It's my go-to pot for when company comes over or, just making extras on cold winter nights. I hope to be getting a lot of usage from this cookware especially as my grand kids have shown an aversion to fast foods :). I wholeheartedly recommend this pot, you won't be disappointed.

The design of this pot is exceptional. The handles allow compact storage and the cooking surface so easy to clean. The construction is of high quality with great heat distribution. The options to use it with or without steam venting, in the oven or on the stove top, makes this the most valuable pot that I own.

It is a nice large stockpot with a true nonstick surface. The pot seems quite well made generally although the handles are merely adequate, well built onto the pot, but not as large as I would like. The lid feels quite durable, which is a trade-off for having a glass lid, which I have sometimes wished for. It suits the purposes for which I bought it quite well, but is not something that I feel like showing off.

This Dutch Oven was requested for a wedding gift almost 3 years ago. While I gifted the larger pot to the Bride and Groom, I thought this looks quite nice and got a smaller one for us empty nesters. After using it 3 years, I absolutely love it! It cleans up like a charm! If I were young and starting my kitchen collection this would definitely be in it.Please note:The handles are one piece and part of the pot, so DO use hot pads always! and be careful of the venting when removing the lid, use a hot pad for this as well.

I want to buy this for all of my friends and family. Whether over the stove or in the oven, it cooks so well. I have made picadillo, arroz con pollo, steak (on the stove) and many other dishes in this pot. I am absolutely happy with it. It cleans out very easily too. Nothing sticks.

Love the color, rich golden metallic brown. Heavy aluminum spreads the heat nicely, no hot spots. I use it for rice and it really works well with the adjustable vent. Light, and anti-stick ceramic works well too. A great pot which is a very hard pot to beat.
