I purchased my Thrustmaster setup, consisting of a TS-PC base, T-LCM pedals, and a Ferrari Wheel Add-On, on November 21, 2023. Overall, I was and still am satisfied with the product, but I have mixed feelings about the quality and responsiveness of their service.Around the end of February/beginning of March, during the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in F1 23, something snapped in the steering wheel base. I reported the issue and sent the device for verification on March 28th. After almost 2 months (yes, you read that right!), the device was returned to me. I had to repeatedly ask for help in tracking the shipment; after several emails and weeks of waiting, it was finally found. I'm not sure if this is the fault of the carrier or Thrustmaster's logistics department, but it was a poor experience.During the warranty repair, the motor was replaced. I should mention that from the time of purchase to the failure, I had approximately 300-350 hours of use. I'm worried that I may experience this problem again soon as I approach another few hundred hours of gameplay. Of course, this is mechanical equipment and can have defects or failures, but considering the price and the relatively short lifespan, I'm only half-satisfied.As of today, I would choose a product from Fanatec or Moza.

Thrustmaster gave me nothing but headaches. First the T3PM pedals lost throttle input sometimes, tried another pair, some story. Then the T-LCM pedals worked fine which seemed like a good solution because loadcell pedals are better anyway. Then while driving ACC all of a sudden it felt like something broke inside while taking a sharp corner. After that the wheel kept calibrating itself the whole time and never stopped.I refunded it and ordered Moza R9 direct drive base. Good service from Amazon though with refunding my money.
