Better than milk
Even if I wasn’t vegan, I would prefer this to cow’s milk. The coconut milk is rich and a little sweet. It froths very nicely. And the great thing is that it will not spoil if you leave the milk pitcher on the counter. I use it in my full-auto Gaggia Cadorna Prestige. I tried oat milk but it actually spoiled, thickened and browned if not promptly put back in the fridge after using. I highly recommend trying this stuff if you are a home barista.

Not available elsewhere
We tried this in Oregon and loved that it didn't actually taste like coconut and was very refreshing and light. I searched for it in all the grocery stores in my area. Not one had it. I found it on Amazon and my daughter is thrilled. Thank you.

Bitter and undrinkable!
This coconut milk has a bitter taste to it that is accentuated if steamed. Also used this for an iced latte unsteamed and the bitter taste is still there. There are also little pasty chunks in the iced latte which may be due to the ice. Not noticeable in steamed milk. Haven’t made it thru one carton and most likely will dump them. Overall this kills the latte to the point it is undrinkable. If it was possible to leave zero stars that would be my rating.

The way a cappuccino should be!
I know this product has added sugar and other additives BUT it makes the BEST cappuccino! Great for all other uses. I sometimes bring my own coconut milk to the coffee shop. Product is fragile and usually arrives slight smushed despite being well wrapped.

Great for Lattes but not for cappuccino
The media could not be loaded. This coconut milk barista tastes great! It’s also great for lattes but not for cappuccinos. As you can see in the video the froth layer is veeeery thin which doesn’t really make it adequate for cappuccinos. I used a Nespresso frother. I guess my search continues for a coconut barista milk in the US as good as the Alpro brand.

A Must Have for the Home Barista
I finally solved the issue of why my at home versions of a certain coffeehouse drinks were close but not a full match. As it turns out, all I needed to do was upgrade my "alternative" milk. I compared my grocery store bought coconut milk vs the barista brand, it was easy to see what was missing. This is the right product if you want to make your own coffeehouse products at home successfully.

Coconut Milk Barista Series
I love this coconut milk. It doesn’t have a strong coconut flavor, isn’t too sweet and under 100 calories. Great for smoothies, coffee, oatmeal and cereal.
