Easy to use and dries down very fast to a nice matte

This pallete is super exciting to use since the colours can be used both for daylight make-up and glow in the dark make-up. It's interesting that the colours activate with water and set when dry. After that they are resistant to mixing, blending, or smudging. Because they are water based and easily wash off with water, any sweat, rain, or other excessive amounts of moisture will make them run. Having said that, they are very easy to wash off because of the same reason.This pallete is more suitable for doing SFX makeup for Halloween events or other costume-based events where UV light in dim areas can really make the fluorescence of this colours pop.I wouldn't get this pallete if you're not specifically looking for the UV effect. If not for that, it would be overpriced. Considering how bright the colour pop under UV light and also considering that it's more of a specialty pallete, I think I can justify the price. This would be really good for UV night clubs, raves, or even black light nights out at the bowling alley.

A Beautiful pallet with a high end well made case that opens easily and protects the colored pans inside. This eyeshadow/liner combo product consists of a highly pigmented good quality dry powder, that is silky and dence. There is a fine application brush included in the pallet , that when wet can be used with the product to produce fine eye lines and detailed shadow work, that glows in the black light. This is a wonderful hypoallergenic makeup that did not cause breakouts or agitation of ky skin in the applied areas.
