the packaging the shelf comes in would make you think you'd be pulling out a pristine-condition shelf, but somewhere before being placed in the shipping box they must have their employees smash these on the ground or something. for the added ~*sparkle*~. the damage wasn't enough for me to justify going through with a return or replacement, so i just didn't do anything about it. i covered it with some black nail polish and it's fine, just a couple corners that should be sharper/pointier are now rounded and clunky looking. no one who's come over has noticed, but i notice all the things and it still annoys me even though it looks "fine." the shelf is heavier than you might expect, which wasn't a problem for us since it's meant to hold all the crap from our pockets when we walk in the door. i don't like the normal doom bowls for ADHD households and this has a hook for our dog's collar/leash, a hook for my keys, and a hook for my partner's keys as well as a shelf for our wallets/earbuds/pocket rocks/etc. if this was like 5-10 dollars cheaper, i'd absolutely buy it again.

I did not make holes in my wall, I stuck it on with command strips. Has held up with a couple light items, too small for heavy stuff

Perfect size, has little hooks for your keys, and my grandma’s mini urn and knick knacks fit perfectly!
