My first order of these pencils had been dropped with the leads fractured inside the pencils. It likely happened during shipping. I contacted customer service and they were awesome! They worked with me to get a replacement set right away.The pencils arrive already inside of adorable, well made canvas cases. The selection of colors is very nice with each color family nicely represented. The pencils lay down color very smoothly and vibrantly without using up tons of lead. I have colored pencils ranging from Crazy Art and Crayola (both kid and artist versions) to Prismacolor Premier and Faber Castell Polychromos. These fall on the higher end of the spectrum, in my opinion, and the price is very reasonable. The only changes I'd wish for are larger sets available and a nice manual sharpener and eraser to make the sets grab and go complete.

First time buying this brand of pencils. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely be a customer in the future.
