These are my first air forks and they are awesome. If you have never used air forks before, I recommend this product. So far no issues but I don't ride it super hard and I keep the rebound and dampeners off so I really don't expect any issues for about ten thousand kilometers. Keep it clean and lubricated with the appropriate lube.

I bought this fork at the end of October 2020. It was really nice right off the bat for a $180 fork don't get me wrong. I used it for the rest of the fall, and a bit of the winter. I busted my bike out this spring and took it for a ride. The fork was completely deflated and didn't hold any air when I tried pumping it up with my shock pump. I took it to the bike shop and they told me that it leaked gas and it wouldn't be worth it for me to send it in to get it repaired as it would be around $100. This sucks.

Fork is not safe and the drop outs came misaligned. Manufacture would not cover and only offer a partial refund. They tried to tell me it was within spec when in reality it is not.Would rate higher if they rectified the problem.

I wanted an air shock to upgrade/replace the crappy stock coil shock. I don’t do downhill but can be a little hard on my bike as I’m a XC/trail rider. Works great, lots of adjustments. Great shock.

Air suspension is great, my kids love's it, suspension damper is good too, but the reason I don't give it 5 stars is for the lock up, it failed after 5 minute, and no response from the seller yet.
