At first i took as directed but they didn last all day &since i was so used to eating loads at night, l tried 1 in morn. &2 at noon for about 6mo. &that worked great for me ,it takes awhile but keep at it , lost 35lbs. Now i just take 2 at noon &it lasts till bed. Will keep using it does curb craings over tima.
