This has been the only product that has produced results that were much faster in their beneficial results than I’d anticipated. I am a 74 year old woman dealing with hair loss. My hair has always been "fine", but as I have aged, I have lost more volume and more hair. I've been using this for two months now. I have not had any stomach issues but have seen no improvement whatsoever in my thinning hair so far. The bottle says to take at least six months so I'm going to keep taking it for awhile longer but so far have seen no improvement. If anything, my hair has gotten thinner.

I have only been using this product for about a month. I see a difference in the thickness of my hair, it's gotten fuller. I can't say much about the length yet, It's only been a month and I just got a trim. However, I am looking forward to continuing this product and seeing more results!

I have struggled with fine hair my entire life, I have had damage in the past from coloring my hair as well. I used to have really long hair and then had to cut it short, so when I decided to let it grow out again I wasn't seeing it grow as fast as it had in the past. Then once I started taking the supplements within the first month I noticed a significant amount of growth at a much faster rate than before and my hair also felt a lot healthier since I have been taking the supplement. I can definitely say it has been a pleasant surprise for me and I would recommend giving it a try.

Being in school and working there is never time for the perfect nutrition as I noticed a change in my extremely long hair that is past my waist. I decided to try these vitamins and it completely upset my gastrointestinal system daily and all day!! As I thought it would subside it only got worse and it took a very long time for my G.I. system to recover. I do not have any G.I problems. Sorry, I would not recommend this product.

I wasn't sure if this product was causing my blood pressure to increase so I cut of the salt and the vitamins. After about two days my blood pressure returned to normal. I continued cutting out salt from my diet. My blood pressure continued to stay low. As soon as I began taking the vitamins again, my blood pressure went up again with the bottom number increasing over 80. I am convinced that the nourage vitamins is causing the increase in my blood pressure so I will not be taking any more.
