I have been taking this product for over a year, and it's great. Current nutritional research supports a diet rich in EFAs and after comparing many similar products i landed on this one, and I'm glad i did. Country Life seems to have sustainable business practices, and use quality (in many cases organic) ingredients in their formulas. I also use their whole food multi vitamins, they have quite a few different types for men and women. Note the one bad review seems to be a review of the seller, not the product.

Honestly im about to subscribe and this will be my first ever subscription. This is the most perfect composition of fish oil ive tried. I will continue to take these always. I experienced fish burp once but never after that so i cant blame the pills. Mine came broken though so maybe the company could fix the way they ship it to u but i told amazon and i got a refund to purchase a new one. Now This will always be my go to for my fish oil supplement. You cant go wrong when u choose a formula with a perfect blend of 3 6 and 9 as to before when i only used to buy omega 3s. Now i feel like my body is getting it all. Sidenote: i also take seabuckthorn oil capsules which is high in omega 7 so darling im not missing out on a thing! Love it. Im happy i found this

Quality product. Has everything you need in an EFA. Husband and I have been taking for years. These have no after-taste, fish burps or stomach upset like others we have tried in the past. Excellent and complete product offered at an excellent price!

I have been using this product and what I have realised is that, my waistline has decreased my skin looks better there are no side effects so far accept for some farts which I feel is required in order to decrease the waistline. I feel more energetic n healthy might continue using this product
