Good mct, 16 oz.
I've tried a few mct oils last few months and can't say I've had a bad experience with any of them. I can't say I've noticed great differences while using them either other than I have good energy, clarity and I'm thinning down along with a cleaner diet. I do trust they are working in my body the way they are intended as long as I buy the better quality brands with good environmental practices. This one seems good as well with no harsh taste, texture, effect,... The only surprise I got was that the bottle is only 16 oz. I thought it was like the majority of other brands being a 32 oz. It does not say the oz in the description and is unable to read on the bottle in the included pic. I thought later I could have multiplied the cost per oz by # of oz to be sure but that was an afterthought. The size of course makes it twice as much $ as other brands. I guess we'll see if it seems to deliver.

Start with recommended amount!
Great stuff! Especially in coffee. I even use it to brush my dog's teeth lol, Coconut oil kills bacteria, dogs had to get used to it but its less invasive than using toothpaste. My recommendation though is to make sure you use the recommended amount to start off with. Use a measuring spoon. It does have the ability to cause upset stomach if you use too much too fast and you arent used to it. I have been using MCT for years and have found that a little goes a long way especially when using in coffee or shakes. AND...mix it up well. If you can put it in a shaker and beat it to death, great, it will mix in better and cause a little froth in your coffee and you wont have an oil slick on the top layer of the drink.

Takes some getting used to
It took some adjusting to but I really enjoy it! I saw that a lot of people were putting it in their coffee and smoothies and that's just not for me. Since it is an oil, it makes drinks very... well, oily and it just throws me off. I love using it to cook with. I am giving it 4 stars only because I haven't noticed a difference in my body or even mood like some people have said. It helps my food stay hydrated almost. When I meal prep, it doesn't dry out as quickly, so I love it for that!

Best MCT Oil I have Tried
I have tried several brands and used BulletProof's for many years and tried this because it is cheaper. I think it is the same high quality. I put 1 tbl in my morning coffee, and I sometimes use it for cooking. I used to cook with pure coconut oil, but I hate the smell of it (like melted crayons) and the flavor it imparts to food. I get none of that with this oil, and so I am using it more and more for cooking as well.

pleasantly surprised..
I have been using a tablespoon a day for 5 days and pleasantly surprised in my decreased appetite. I have a sensitive stomach and have had NO issues while taking MCT oil. I like that there is no taste and I can take it right from the spoon. (I tried mixing it with my ice water and it didn't work well.) It has also given me a slight boost in energy.

If you want energy this is the item for you ...
If you want energy this is the item for you. I use this in my BPC every morning. Caution though, if you have never used MCT Oil, start out with a small amount and work your way up. I say about a 1/2-1 teaspoon for a couple of days up to a week, then only up it by 1/2 teaspoons at a time. I will defiantly purchase this product again.

Love this! Not only does it meet the requirements of my hormone reset diet, but it exceeded my expectations for satiating my hunger. The best part? It made the vegan protein shake powder I couldn't choke down taste amazingly smooth! I was about to throw out the powder because I couldn't handle the chalky texture. 1 tbsp. of Wod MCT Oil made it one of my favorite powders.

Helps with my ketogenic diet!
Love this mct oil. It helps with My ketogenic diet. I can definitely see the difference in my energy and on my ketone strips. I feel like it keeps in a steady state of ketosis. I generally put a tbsp in my morning coffee or have it in my salad at night!!
