Adjustable Bench Press Device,Push up Resistance Bands for Home Gym Exercise,Fitness Workout,Travel Training

I was looking at the more well know brands but give this a go and it has not disappointed, I have not been gym in years but to actually get the weight required for it is perfect to exercise at home.

Good piece of kit, easy to use and takes up little space compared to kettlebells an the like.You can do a multitude of different exercises with it. Enjoyed using it, not sure if it’s any good for serious body builder types but it has definitely helped me strengthen my shoulders.***UPDATE*****After using this a few times one of the bands has broken. Only had it 8-10 weeks. Very disappointing, also no way of contacting the supplier.

Very poor , only used a handful of times on average I’d say 3 times a week & not strenuously , 6 restraints came with it & 3 have snapped in less than 3 months , how do I get replacements ??? Surely the seller has to respond to this issueSeller responded back straight away they sorted my issue efficiently & have now despatched with out arguments a replacement, great response

I spent quite a bit of money on this item, and although at first it seemed like it was well built, and provided some innovative workouts, turns out it's very poorly made. Mid workout one of the 'clasps' completely snapped and one of the elastic bands pinged right out whipping my leg, luckily nothing else! It's incredibly luck it didn't hit my eye, or break anything nearby. I've had this roughly 9 months but have honestly used it maximum 25 times, really disappointing.

I got this a week ago as I currently have a shoulder impingement injury so still need to be focussing on building strength of the smaller muscle groups, whilst not making the injury worse.I already have some resistance bands, but purchased this to try and keep going with chest etc etc whilst recovering (I got the 'standard' version).Wow - I am seriously impressed.Obviously, you don't get full tension all the way as you would with free weights BUT you would be surprised how much you do get.If you up your reps from what you'd normally do, you get a great workout with these - and you can do a surprising number of exercises with it.Chest presses aside, having the bar is incredibly versatile for curls, rows all sorts.The quality is great - although I initially thought the price seems a lot for resistance bands, to be fair the product is actually worth it.Thumns up from me!

It's not too bad. Just wanted to let people know about, one strap just broke . Don't know the reason , good part in this, the cover protection, protect against slapped. Just desapointed . I will see ,rest of straps. About me, not to big ,80kg. I can't Brooke, just 10 pull, in one round. Never was to the gym. Yesterday broken second one.

Surprisingly better than expected. Definitely feel the burn. Only fault is unless you are 6ft+ doing arm curls won't work unless you want a little bit of muscle at the top of your arms. Everything else seems to work well. Definitely still recommend for seated row and pec fly

I reached out about a month ago about one of my bands breaking, you sent me 2 more, which was great and I really appreciated it, but they keep breaking. I really like this piece of equipment, it's perfect for my office at work an I use it throughout the day but I'm just not sure why they keep snapping, this was a pricey purchase for me.

I instantly returned this after attempting to perform a strict simulation of a “Bench Press”. You immediately lose tension when your arms lower to the starting position, thereby each rep is actually half a rep if you want to keep tension in your pecs. It’s cheaply constructed and will certainly fall apart upon frequent use. If you want a real laugh look at the “instructional video” before you buy... Unfortunately I saw the video after I ordered.More of a joke/rip-off are the “Squat Bands” which are $26 and about 6 inches long each...Haha very funny comrade. I thought it was a mistake so I looked at the box to read the contents and it was all in Chinese.I wish I had taken photos but buyer beware.No one with serious muscle goals can use these seriously...
