Purchaser for a fifth birthday party and were worn by toddlers, adults, and small stuffed animals alike!Building them takes some getting used to.The included glue dots were useless and I opted to hit glue to pom poms on top of each hat.I wasn't certain how to attach the strings, but after messing with a few I was pleased that they stayed attached. Tie a knot on one end, tuck it inside the perforated tab on one side securing the knot inside, then thread through the perforated tab on the opposite side and tie another knot. I cut some strings shorter for toddlers and stuffed animals.

Used them for a party, and they were pretty easy to assemble after I got the hang of the first one. The pom poms though were annoying, and the sticky stuff it came with was very sticky. It kept getting stuck itself and I couldn't salvage them. I ended up throwing the pom poms away, and the hats were still cute.

But for the price was worth it, the kids loved them!!!

I would not have gotten these had I known I would need to assemble each hat, plus, do the string and Pom Pom on top. The instructions weren’t in English either, not that they’re too complicated to figure out, but would have preferred the regular pre-assembled party hats.

I ordered this set of hats and crowns for a birthday party I'm having and was very pleased with the quality and the relative ease in putting them together. They're all just as cute as can be; HOWER, I should have counted them before starting to assemble, because it turns out I only received 11 pieces--not the 22 I should have gotten and not enough for our party. Now, I'm left with having to figure how to make up the difference.Luckily I have a little time.
