Cheap, in stock, did the trick but...do your homework to learn how to use it
...no instructions, so if this is your first time, look for a YouTube video. You might want to get a couple extra bands just to account for the learning curve. Note that this tool contained the crimp tool (which I did not use) and the winding tool (which I did). I wasn't sure which bands I was gonna get in the kits.Mine came with packaging that said "Twin Camshaft Locking Tool Kit," which actually is this product: https://www.amazon.com/Supercrazy-Universal-Engine-Timing-Locking/dp/B00J4RB8DS However, the tools were correct as pictured so it was packaged incorrectly.

clamp pliers useless
clamp pliers poorly, cheaply designed. They can destroy the clamp collapse portion of the clamp

Bought for CV joint clamps
I have not used the banding tool, but the pliers seem to do the job. I still needed to make indents with wire dikes to get the tool to grip the cv boot clamps.

Garbage Crimp pliers/Acceptable banding tool
Crimp pliers do not work at all, even after watching a youtube video and modifying it following their instructions, it did not work. Very low, low quality. Had to buy a new set of clamps to use with the banding/cutting tool (which works as intended) and wait a few extra days to receive them and finish the job.

Works as it should...
This is a useful DIYer tool but might not be what a professional would use if he/she needed to use it every day. It does two kinds of boot clamps so it was a good value.

These are terrible, I ended up not using them.
You get what you pay for. Probably better off buying a better set. I ended up not even using them after trying.

Pliers (crimping tool) are a waste of money.
Banding tool works great. Pliers are worthless, if it had a bit of a bevel on the jaws it would then crimp.
