Great Filter Water Bottle
For years I used a CamelBak Groove. I loved that thing... But it was limited. The Eddy+ is awesome. It's well constructed and solid. The LifeStraw filtration system is 2nd to none; watch the videos on it if you're not sure. The taste of the water is fine. Fill it up at the tap or a natural stream, or even a pond. US or Mexico or Nicaragua or Liberia... The point is I'll be safe from water pollutants. The American SW has some hard water and this will remove all the calcium and magnesium bicarbonates etc... It'll even remove pharmaceuticals in tap water. It's worth every penny if you ask me. It beats buying bottled water.

Lifestraw
The lifestraw filter cartridge is huge. There is very little water when you assemble it.

Survived Mexico
I had this attached to my backpack. It came back from Mexico with some scratches but no dents. I had it stuffed under an airplane seat and banging off my back pack as I walked. As far as no travelers diarrhea goes, your mileage may vary. I drank out of this 98% of them me or drank beer or bottled water. The other 2%… watch out for ice on the airplane out of Mexico and possibly fountain drinks in Mexico (I.e your favorite fast food chain). I am sure if I was 100% this life straw I would have been fine.

Great Even for the Non-Outdoorsperson
Love this bottle! I'm not using it in the wild or anything. Just when working out or in the office. It's easy to carry and keeps my water cold for long stretches of time. And doesn't condense like my other bottle. You will want to obey the "fill line" on the side. Anything over that line overflows when you put the top on. Love, love, love this bottle!

This water bottle has some BITE to it.
I purchased this water bottle as a backup/temporary substitution for the Epic Nalgene Grande since Epic's Urban water filters have been out of stock. With that in mind, here's my overall review:- Pros: Rugged stainless-steel bottle, keeps water nice and cold, water tastes nice and fresh.- Cons: As someone who was unfamiliar with how CamelBak water bottles work, it was a little frustrating at first to take a sip of water until I learned you have to bite down on the straw and then sip to get anything. In addition, you don't quite get the full 32-ounce experience because of the filter (which takes up a surprising amount of space) - it's more like 26 ounces. So, I may need to fill the bottle several times a day to get the required amount. For right now, this is an acceptable substitution for my Epic.

Love it
Cleans water well. No weird taste. Use it when I travel. It is a little heavy but not terrible. Worth it for clean water. Yes, you have to bite down to make the water come out, but honestly that's a plus because I know it doesn't leak everywhere like other bottles.

I hope you got some suction on that mouth
CamelBak is LEGIT! But if you want to drink out of this you need to train your mouth to suck the water of that straw--I would start with triple thick Mickie D's shake but use a bendy straw, then move up to siphoning molasses through a garden hose. You master these, you got yourself a usable water bottle.
