Great product … eventually
After finally getting working lights, these lights are great. They look beautiful above my bar. You cannot use the app to change them individually if they are on the same switch, but assuming you always want them to do the same thing, like I did, that doesn’t really matter. The dimming sets the perfect lighting for our home.

Great modern looking spotlights with super good support.
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, look great and work great. App is a bit hard to connect to the lights, but once you understand all works. Works with Alex. I had one power adapter that came defective, but the support send me 4 new ones without any charge.

DOES NOT WORK WITH ALEXA OR GOOGLE ASSISTANT
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S A SMART LIGHT BUT DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH ANY SMART HOME SYSTEMS SUCH AS GOOGLE HOME OR ALEXA! You have to use their stupid app for that light bulb only. Worthless!Not made for US light systems. Different color wiring (blue and brown), had to look up online how to match wires correctly.Did not fit my normal light box. There are 3 holes at the fixture base where you drill it in, but none of those holes are across from each other like most light boxes (instead, they are in shape of a triangle). I had to drill a new hole in the metal in order to have a place to screw it into the ceiling. Bizarre and sparse instructions make it sound like it's meant for a new construction install or something? It tells you to install into drywall and includes drywall screws. Wtf??I went to all this work and designed a whole kitchen lighting layout to be foiled only when I tried to hook it up to Google Home. Very very disappointed and I can't find the right replacement fixture with a smart system that WORKS.Edit: seller was nice and reached out apologizing and offering me a remote. I appreciate that. I’ll add a star. But ultimately I had to return because even if I adapted my behavior to use the remote and not voice assistant, the light color kept reverting to cool temperature after a day or two and I would have to reset it to warm. Some sort of software bug.Very good hardware, very good light, but software needs a lot of work. That is, if you are a sophisticated user.

Certaines lampes ne répondent pas à la chaleur d'éclairage demandée comme les autres
J'ai acheté plusieurs de ces lampes et la dernière que j'ai acheté répond à l'inverse des autres. Lorsque je demande une température chaude, elle donne une température froide alors que toutes les autres donnent une température chaude et vice versa. Junior comment régler ce problème ?
