Very durable bottle at an expensive cost

I ordered this water bottle to help remind me to drink more. It lights up fine, however it will not connect the bottle to the app. The app seems to be useless unless you purchase the “premium” subscription which is way too much money just to track my water intake. I would not recommend this item for that reason.

The button cell battery died within days after I accidentally left it in my car, but that's not so bad because I've decided that my favorite feature is actually the tap-to-mark gps location. If I drink the entire bottle and tap that I did so I have record of where it was, meaning I should have bought a smaller capacity bottle. I really like the lid/straw and even the app it uses. No leaks. I think after trying this entry level model that I will soon order a pro level bottle for the rechargeable usb battery and constant bluetooth connection aspect that should keep one from ever losing a bottle.

The app it will not recognize the bottle. I did not work. Waist of my money.

The tap feature only adds 32oz increments not how much was drank

If what I needed was to be reminded to drink water every hour, I could've just downloaded an app or simply set hourly reminders on my phone. The NFC tag on the bottom of the bottle does NOT make this bottle smart. A smart bottle should be able to measure your consumption, detect movement, etc., plus connect to your device or the internet. All this does is "glow" every hour.

Received my products. Purchased 1 bottle for my cousin and 1 bottle for myself. It worked great for 1 day. I will never buy this product again.
