Portronics My Buddy K4 Portable Laptop Stand Support Upto 15 inch Laptops(Black)

Using this product for a few months now and its worth the money spent. Light weight, durable. At first glance it doesn't seem portable but it comes with a alenkey. Its easily dismantable and can fit in the laptop bag (not the sleek type bag though). But I would not suggest to dismantle it regularly as the screw provided are not of high quality. There isn't any size/inclination adjustment feature, but the size and slope provided is perfect for my 15.6" laptop and me respectively. there are felts provided on both sides of the stand so as to avoid damage due to usage for both laptop and the desk or whatever surface you are using on.

Item is good but little on costly side

I needed something to put some space under my Dell laptop so that the vents are not blocked. This product is perfect. I assembled it in a few minutes.

Finish is flimsy. Screws provided are small in length and slip out of the groove, causing the whole thing to collapse and useless. The threading in the grooves are bad and therefore the screws do not go in straight. Allen key provided does not properly fit in the screw heads and slips out while fastening the screws. Overall a very very very poor experience. Not returning it to show it as an example of extreme poor quality product from Amazon and its vendor. Very very very bad.

Good workable solution for the price brought. Product is sturdy but wavy at the open ends of inclined legs. A horizontal bar at that place would have increased the strength further. The installation though simple is made tediuos due to small screws with bad heads and requirements of Allen key ( provided). However the Allen key slips from the screw heads. In my case at least 2 screws had slippage issues and their threads were already damaged. Replaced these with similar but simple screwdriver based screws from my own tool kit. Since assembling and dis assembling is a tedious part, it is best kept intact and moved as it is. Would expect Portonics to launch Version 2.0 with above modifications.Value for Money if you get under 400.

I have been using it for more than an year now, not quite moved it around but it's sturdy provides with enough elevation for air flow through pc not blocking any vents that air flow through. I'm quite impressed.

This portronics portable laptop stand is very good. It is quite lightweight and strong. The build quality is excellent made up of aluminium alloy. It helps in air circulation which helps to keep the laptop cool. It has anti slip pads on its arm which makes the laptop stable on the stand. The cost is reasonable too. I liked the product.
