Loving this chair. I had a friend who had a kneeling chair growing up and I forgot how comfortable these can be and they also help strengthen my core. This all leads to better posture. I use this chair at the times when I'm sitting at my standing desk.This particular chair is of excellent build quality. Very sturdy and comfortable. However, if you sit for too long your shins may get sore but that will be the case with any kneeling chain, not just this one.Highly recommend!

Ordered this because I need the ergonomic position for my back. It’s great! Sturdy, and looks nicer than the older one that I had; I like the wood finish. Assembly was fast and easy, just had to attach one seat (four screws provided). A big bonus I hadn’t realized is that it folds flat. Easy to set it aside if I want to do exercises in my home office. Also to carry it out to the deck on a nice day.

I recently had back surgery, and my old "office chair" wasn't working for me anymore. I wanted something that works better for posture and doesn't put any pressure on the lower back. I have had a kneeling chair in the past, and I liked this one for a few reasons: seat and leg rests are easily cleanable unlike fabric would be, the padding is substantial enough to be comfortable for an 8 hour workday, and the wooden frame looks classier than other models that are a metal frame. I've used this for a work week already, and it is working perfectly for me! A side benefit is that I can use this for sitting meditation as well. Great product and would recommend to anyone looking at this type of chair!

I love my new chair. Not really any assembly required, just a couple of screws. Looks great - nice colour and wood, nice comfortable pads.I have converted my home office to improve my posture and reduce back pain - this is a vital part of the improvements. It is much harder to slouch and I am feeling better after only a few days.

Quality was good, but after a few days my shoulders were very tight and sore. I was using it at the desk of my home office. I’ve used a kneeling chair before and could sit for hours no problem. My wife said it looked like I was sitting on one of those tiny backpacking chairs :). Anyways, went back to my old regular chair, shoulders are no longer tight. Verdict- OK for a smaller-framed person, not for me (6’1”, 185lb)Chair looked good, easy to assemble.
