Look for a different brand
I liked these shelves for my large bge. They have been installed and on the deck for two weeks. I noticed today that they were already rusted on the ends of the metal supports. I will have to sand the rust off and repaint the ends before they get too bad. I expected a little better quality for the price. Nothing is made worth a crap these days.Update :They have been installed for a month or two and I just raised them up to use the right one and it has a huge white streak on it. Never been used just sitting on my deck. I guess I'll have to paint them. Very poor workmanship

Low quality composite wood
I knew these were not going to be real wood, but I didn’t expect them to degrade within a month of ownership. I noticed tonight when heating the grill that the right side (one on the left when you’re looking at the egg) seems to have melted to the outside of my egg. I was able to get the size raised to snap the pictures in this review. I have not done any really hot grilling to explain it either. It had been in the 90s here but my grill is in the shade during the hottest parts of the day.

doesn't work on a big green egg
instruction book is really really bad !! screws , nuts , and washers don't match the instruction booklet??but bottom line besides the really poor instructions - it doesn't work! had to send back!

Product took less than a minute to install, and helps out with utensils. Great addition to my egg.

Easy to attach
Trying to put a cover over the egg with these folded up is now difficult and I’ll rob need to buy a larger cover . If you’re going to leave these open all the time , then it’s not an issue.
