I was very pleased with the product, meeting all my expectations. However, before it was received, the price dropped twice. The supplier was not willing to give a refund even though it hadn't been shipped yet. Their response was quick to refund for the difference.

I buy and use wood slices for a variety of craft projects that I make and sell. There are a LOT of brands and vendors selling wood slices on Amazon (and they are hard to find elsewhere in my area). High quality is more important to me that low price - I've bought less expensive ones that were prone to splitting or were highly variable in dimensions. These do not have those problems. They are nice, high quality slices.My only issue is the price. It's not bad but I have found slices of equal or better quality at a lower price (I paid $20 for eight). So shop around. But you would most likely be happy with these if others are out of stock or have raised their prices.

The slabs arrived promptly in a well packaged box. They were the perfect size but one slab already had a crack going from center to outer wall of the slab. A few pieces had a mold look to them. I was excited to be able to use the other beautiful pieces. By the end of the event, all the pieces were cracked. I would not order again.

The wooden slabs would have been a nice fit for my woodland themed birthday party however the slabs seem like they are poor quality.Pros: Nice thickness, lightweight, distinct grain and no odor. The bark flakes easily but adds to the rustic appeal.Cons: I ordered 2 sets of 8 slabs each, half of the slabs in the 1st set arrived cracked. The slabs from the 2nd set broke a few days later despite not being used. I wasn’t pleased with the stability or the quality the wood.Unfortunately, I will sending the slabs back.

I bought this with the intention to use at my baby shower and also with my wedding. The packaging came in good condition and so did the wood slices. I was overall happy with it, but for some reason I expected it to be much more thicker. I love them regardless and can't wait to use them to tie the theme altogether for my baby shower! The only thing is I wish they came in a set of 4.
