safest supplement
Vitron C was the only iron supplement I could find that didn't have harmful ingredients like carnauba wax added to the iron. Vitamin C added to help absorption makes sense, and that's all the product puts in there.

Helps with my hemo count
Same stuff that you would normally buy from a Walmart or Target. Daily dose helps keep my hemoglobin count up to where it should be. No noticeable taste, but I’ve been downing these for years now so I’m used to it.
