FoRapid550 Paracord Adjustable Wrist Strap for DSLR, Compact Cameras

Use this for my custom made soprano Uke when transporting on subway or hand carry in the the City- New York, Brooklyn.It’s always attached to my hand comfortably- looks really cool- and the price is great under $7.00.The last thing I want is to leave my uke n a cab orOn a subway seat.

I've gone through a couple leather wrist straps over the last year that both broke at the strap rings. They looked nice but just didn't hold up.Looking for an affordable and durable replacement I went with this strap.I'm actually super surprised at how much I like it. (My wife told me to write this review because I wouldn't shut up about it) It looks nicer on my camera than I expected. It feels reassuring and solid on my wrist. It's nylon so it dries out quick and it's pretty easy to install or remove if I want to use my neck strap in stead.550lb Paracord is a little Overkill for a two pound camera. I hope I never have to test it.The only thing that bothers me is a slug in the braiding where it attaches to the strap ring. (Last image) If not for that it would be pretty close to perfect.

I just can't use a neck strap.... I've tried. Years with my DSLR and usually a long lens have had me using just about everything as an insurance policy so I don't drop it. I saw this and I am happy to replace the flash drive strap (LOL) that I have been using with this. FYI -- I requested black and was told there is no ability to choose - I did not get the black but was happy with the red/black that was sent. My only complaint is that after a few weeks of use, the release does not slide well, so you almost have to loosen it with your other hand to get it off. Overall, I like it and it fits the bill and seems sturdy enough.

I really like this camera wrist strap! I used it while snorkeling recently with an Olympus TG-1. For certain, the paracord is not going break, is waterproof and has no metal or sharp pieces in place to scratch the camera. The adjustment ball allows the strap to be securely cinched into place on one's wrist. No worries about the strap loosening and allowing the strap to release from the wrist, no matter how much one flails about in the water. Because of the braiding, the stap is also very comfortable to wear...I really did not even notice it in the water. And no, I was not given this product free, nor do I know anyone in the company. Thank you for such a nice and reasonably priced product

Bought this product originally to use during my travel and was impressed at how usable it was. I was traveling and doing a lot of physical activity (walking, hiking, etc.) and I did not want the neck strap to be the method of me holding my camera. While most would agree that holding this type of strap is a lot more of a task, I found it not to be cumbersome at all. Would recommend if you want the safety of having a strap on your camera, but want the functionality of being able to be free and unrestricted.

ProHow thick it is. Atleast I know it wouldn't easy for someone to cut it to get my camera...How nice it is that I don’t have to always have it around my neck with the neck strap. This way, I have more of a hands on Verses always having the neck strap get in my way..ConHow long it is.. was expecting it to be shorter than what it was

This lanyard is built out of seriously strong nylon cord. It will support your camera and probably pull your call if needed. It has a cinch feaure so your camera or tool will not get away. This is a fine product and a very reasonable price. I would buy it again.
