THE PAD IS 18 INCHES X 4 1/2 INCHES AND STAYS IN PLACE .....AND DOES A GOOD JOB! I’m very happy with my floor mop! Good luck! MFB

Q: Does the mop head flip over while mopping?

Yes, it does flip over. Keeping the mop head wet helps with this issue. I don't recommend this mop for everyday cleaning.

Q: Where can I get additional wet mop pads?

You can order on amazon. They are usually about the same. Just take measurements first. Look at what you can buy. Mine are still like new. I also got the mop pads that enabled you to do a little deeper cleaning. Got on Amazon. They are great

Q: Which mop is the dust mop and which is the wet mop? There is no instruction picture included. Is it the lighter gray one or the darker softer one?

The thicker gray and white combo pad for wet mop and the more tan colored thinner one for dry mopping.
