I have previously purchased the Mango Pomegranate flavor and it is fabulous. My husband & kids were constantly stealing it from me so I decided to order a 3 pack of the peppermint for them. When my husband tried the peppermint, it had a strange wood almost smokey flavor. Which none of us cared for. I contacted the company to inquire if that was the normal flavor or we possibly got a bad one. It comes in the cute wooden container so I thought that could possibly be the woodsy flavor. The company apologized & immediately sent a 3 pack replacement of the mango pomegranate flavor & said there was no need to return the other unused peppermint ones. Great customer service & the chapstick is perfect. The other peppermint flavors were fine & didn’t have the smokey wood flavor. Very happy with my purchase.

Best lip balm I've ever used, and I'm really picky about lip balms. It needs to be deeply moisturizing, without feeling greasy and without making my lips peel the next morning (yes I've noticed this effect with a lot of common brands of lip balm!!). This is the first lip balm I've ever used that actually seems to heal the lips.Note for those interested in reducing plastic usage -- the wooden case is adorable, but it's just for show around a regular plastic lip balm tube. Thumbs down on that aspect.

After learning what Burts bees did to the founder, I was in need of a new chapstick brand. Although lanolin is great, it is too thick to use during the day and makes it look like I'm wearing lip gloss. This is perfect for all day use! And it's ethnically sourced, which I love. The packaging is cute. I had to order more because after trying the first one, I gave the other two in the box away so others could see how amazing the product is.

I have been using this brands chap stick for years now. I live in the desert and always try using chapstick/blistex/burts bees for my chapsticks but my lips never stay moisturized. Bought this chapstick once and it lasted forever and I usually only have to apply it 1-2 times a day. Now its the only chapstick I use.

I keep a tube of these in all the places I inhabit every day, as they are nice for my mature lips that seem to dry out faster in Florida than they did in New York during the winter! The unflavored is probably the most creamy? Peppermint isn't a strong flavor, nor are any of the others strongly flavored. I like a strong peppermint, as the scent also keeps my headaches at bay. But that's why I keep peppermint oil handy, too!
