for this supplement to work one needs to workout and take care of they are eating too,just taking the supplement won’t cure insulin resistance of pcod.this is a great supplementit worksi am posting this review after 2 months of taking it,this doesn’t cure pcod, it helps managing it,working out even 30 mins a day is greatpeople complaining about it not working and all, they need to take other measures with it to manage pcod,just taking supplement wont work

Make sure you consult a doctor before consuming this. I have PCOD and used this reading all the reviews and ads, but had a major reaction to it. Had extreme stomach ache and fever post consumption.Please don't just use it blindly.

I don't know how people are drinking it but its smell is horrible literally 🤮. I had to keep something ready to eat or drink soon after this and i am mixing it in only half a glass of water(drinking plain water though)and i have to close my nose untill i finish it. Now u can imagine how it tastes like.

It's good product for pcos ...taste is good ....
