Not what I want
This product looks impressive but USB C charging at 20V was what I expected and based on product literature it is available and unfortunately the adjustable voltage it talks about is only available to the DC out cable which has an impressive set of tips to various laptops, but not USB C which is needed for my Asus Zenbook 3 UX490UA. I am severely disappointed and will be connecting with amazon customer service for its possible return.

PERMANENTLY DEPRESSED POWER BUTTON
The power button got easily busted. I can no longer use it since the button is now permanently depressed in just 1 month of usage. I hope they fix this. I emailed them & they are willing to replace it but the problem is they want me to return it first. I live in the Philippines & returning this will cost me extra money since this item was originally shipped to San Diego & was brought to me here in the Phiippines.The shipping back from the Philippines will be the added cost. I hope they will reconsider replacing it without me returning it back since I am a customer since 2006.It's actually a good product except for the not so firmly built power button which we always use.

Low quality design
Good charger but flimsy connectors and move around which will break eventually and leave the charger useless. Update: it burned at first use and smelled like melting plastic and burnt electrical chips

I can recommend this product
Works flawlessly and charges reasonably quickly. I use it as remote power for video camera equipment at sporting events where access to wall power is challenging. I also thought I had a problem and wrote to the company. They contacted me immediately, and the problem was user error. I had a charger that was nearly identical to the correct one and used the wrong one. IIDEE asked me to check, but also offered to send me a new charger if I was having issues. Problem solved. I can recommend this product.
