Authentic cajun flavor. As good as I used to buy in NOLA
I recently moved from the Gulf Coast to Cape Cod Massachusetts and you would not believe what they try to pass off in the supermarkets here as andouille sausage up here. It's awful. So glad I found this product. It is very good andouille, AS GOOD AS WHAT I WAS ACCUSTOMED TO IN THE SOUTH. It's a little expensive but what are my choices living here in the North? Using it in my gumbos and Jambalaya!I bought the 10lb bag and broke it up into freezable 2lb portions. It arrived in a substantial foam cooler packed with dry ice. No problem. I will definitely buy again.

Good sausage!
This is the only source I've found to procure Andouille Sausage from California. It was delivered on time and still chilled. That taste is excellent.

Worthless
Product came 3 days late. The ice packs were completely melted and warm. The meat was spoiled.
