Considering the shipping issues I had with Amwan, i.e. parcel marked as 'delivered' when it actually went to another province and was signed for NOT by me, I thought this was a total scam until I finally received the product a week late by DHL express. The duvet cover is light, lovely and easier to insert a duvet than other covers I have. The 'pumpkin' colour however is definitely not pumpkin, but more of a rust colour, which works for me, but do not order if you are expecting a true orange colour.

Will be buying more! Love it.

The colour is not what I expected it to be at all. The material is however very soft but I am notHappy with the colour I received Vs the colour that was in the advertising photo.

Firstly, I would like to say that the customer service is amazing. I received a notification that my package was delivered however upon tracking my order, it was not delivered to me but a different address in a complete different location. Reached out to the seller and they apologized for a mistake that was not theirs, but DHL’s mistake. Offered to expedite a new duvet ASAP, and refund my shipping costs. Prompt replies and great customer service overall.As for the duvet, it is everything I was looking for. Great quality and is definitely a jersey knit. Super soft and has some stretch to it. Zipper closure is perfect with the ties on the inside to make sure it doesn’t slip around.I ordered the pumpkin colour and it is a slight bit darker than the photo, however I actually like the darker colour more than the original photo. It is more of a burnt orange or rust colour. But I believe it might lighten up in the wash if you are looking for that lighter “pumpkin” colour.Overall I love it.

These are Kenneth Cole, a Duvet cover, and two pillowcases. The feature a must yellow colour, yet when I received them, I had anticipated they would be the same colour on both sides. They are NOT. Outside is the colour I wanted, the inner layer is a sort of pink colour. They are badly made, string hanging out from bad sewing. This applies to both the duvet cover and pillowcases. NOT that they disclose that on their website. I am incredibly disappointed as they were expensive. To the point where I have donated them to charity and will never buy anything again from this website.
