The product is not as good as the picture

So I wanted a sports bra that would flatten the girls down a bit, to be worn with a top that looks nicer with less volume in the front. This bra does the trick perfectly! The material is also sort of a shiny spandex so it lets the top slide nicely over it and doesn't get stuck on it, like it could with cotton. I was concerned about size, I am a B34 and small was recommended. I read other reviews and another B34 said they got a medium and it fit. So that's what I went with and I'm glad I did. Small would've been too small I think. I also like that there aren't any tags, so nothing to pick or bother you while wearing it. I can't speak too much on the support, as I am not wearing this to work out. But the ladies seem to be held tightly in place while walking. I will be ordering this in white next!

When I first got this bra I thought I had made a mistake because it was quite tight around the waistband and left deep red impressions on my skin, but I decided I would give it a week or two before I made any final decisions. I suppose this bra requires a "breaking in" period, but after a few wears, the waistband did not make my skin sore and was very comfortable and secure. However, like many things with elastic waistbands, I can see the band stretching out after a few years.As for working out, I have found that it has a medium amount of support and keeps my chest secure and comfortable. This is actually my go-to bra for working out now.Like most sports bras without cups, this squish my chest and does not look the most flattering, but if you are looking for a bra that does bind your chest a bit, this is an adequate option.I have had this bra for about a month and will update this review with any changes (4/18/2023)

I need maximum support for running. This bra is comfortable but better suited for yoga.
