Recommendation: Do not buy it
I had surgery on my right shoulder, and I needed a shirt that allowed me to have that side open, and I got this shirt. I tried it one time, and I did not find it the best. This is my review:Features1. 100% cotton2. Men's Easy On and Off T-shirt with handy Velcro seals at shoulders and upper arms for ease of dressing after surgeryWho It Is ForThis shirt is for people that had an injury or surgery and need they shoulders free. It is perfect if you will need one shoulder without any clothes.Pricing & PurchaseThe price is high. I do not believe that this shirt is good for the price.Pros1. It gives your shoulders liberty.2. It can adjust easilyCons1. Price.2. The fabric is heavy, and it does not feel comfortable.3. The color is not nice.My Final OpinionI used it one time, and I did not feel right wearing it. I do not recommend it. I made me feel hot during the time I was wearing it. I think that for some people could work but only if you have significant surgery, otherwise, just get a sleeveless shirt.

Very nice product. The material is a excellent
Purchased two of these for my husband. Very nice product. The material is a excellent. The first few days after surgery opened both shoulders and pulled from bottom up. Was less movement of arm and shoulder. I posted a picture of my husband in shirt with one shoulder open. He wore it open until bandage was removed. Excellent quality and a must if you have shoulder surgery.

What a great product !!
What a great product !! Shoulder surgery is no vacation, and one of the things I was worrying about in advance was "how was I going to get a shirt on?" Then I found the Blossom Breeze shirt on Amazon, bought 3 of them, and so glad I did.I know probably 99.9% of shoulder surgery patients find a way without a Blossom Breeze shirt. My only comment is: "Why?" Why subject oneself to additional discomfort and difficulty when the perfect solution is so easily available. The sewing work to modify the shirt is excellent -- very nicely done.It still requires assistance to get it on -- I could probably manage alone, but with difficulty on the non-surgical shoulder. But no one going through this should be alone anyway. With assistance it is -- well -- a Breeze. Simply step into the shirt after "un-zipping" the velcro, have your assistant raise it around your neck -- does not require raising or moving the surgical shoulder / arm away from the body -- secure the velcro, and relax. Add a pair of sweatpants and enjoy the recovery.Nurses at the hospital were simply amazed -- could not say enough positive things about how great this shirt is for post surgery. They had not seen one before and were *very* impressed. It was a lot better than the hospital gown!Best product ever. Glad I found it. Cannot recommend highly enough.Oh -- and the personal, hand-written note is a very nice touch. Thanks !!

Just what I needed, but one design flaw!
I broke my collar bone on a cycling training ride. After a racing career with more than 250,000 miles and 40 years, I can't really complain about 1 broken bone (let's not discuss the combined total sq. feet of road rash over those years!).The short worked perfectly for about 3 weeks until I could manage a normal stretchy polo shirt. However, be aware that I could not wear it the first week after surgery because the thicker and somewhat rough area under the Velcro irritated the sutures. I'm not sure there is a fix for this, but for that week I wore a coupe of Amazon Basics polo shits 2 sizes large and draped them over my arm and sling. What I consider a design flaw is to open either shoulders one has to reach across, grab the Velcro flap and open it TO THE BACK. That means you have to have the flexibility to reach not only to your other shoulder, but 6" or more further back. That was very hard for me to accomplish. If they had simply made the flaps so that what is now the top portion of the two pieces the bottom piece, one would only have to reach over, grab the flap, and PULL FORWARD- very easy to do.Otherwise, the material feels nice and was a perfect weight for me. The sewing looked very good and the overall shirt looked almost "normal" when wearing - much nicer than a XXXL polo short draped over me like a tent!I would add only that by week three I had figured out how to put on my regular size polo shirts and never looked back. In retrospect, I think I think I could have gotten by just fine without this $50 shirt. That said, I highly recommend this shirt if you don't want to drape a tent over you and are not ready to figure out how to put on a polo shirt - for women or men.I hope you recover from your shoulder injury quickly!

Super value and excellent material!!
Going to have right shoulder replacement surgery in a month. Got this wonderful shirt, early, just to try it out with a simple sling so my wife and I know what is going on with it. Simple to figure out, even without a video. Excellent quality material and Velcro. Velcro does not irritate skin, as it is placed just right to make sure you can fashion it without overlap. Wish for a couple of different colors like navy and tan. We got a size larger than I really am, anticipating an easier fit --- we were right and highly recommend getting one size larger than you really are. This is the shirt we will use when I need to go out in public and or see the DR. Great stuff and I thank SureCare for being a family run, American, business. Keep up the great work -- we gimps need your services!!

Glad I bought it.
Bought this before my spouse had shoulder surgery. Wasn’t sure he would need it, but it made the first two weeks after surgery so much easier! I had also bought him one with zippers, but he found this one to be much more comfortable. He normally wears a large or xl shirt. I went with XL to allow for comfort and a little shrinkage.Pros: Comfortable, held up after several washings. The neckline was comfortable, even with the velcro.Cons: Velcro feels a bit stiff after many washes, but spouse said it still was comfortable.Would recommend. Made the first few weeks after surgery so much easier for him, me, and the physical therapist.
