The camera works great. It's a refurbished camera. I can't find anything that is wrong with this camera. Setup was fast and simple, it works great with my other Arlo Pro cameras. It makes a good inexpensive add-on camera to my Pro system. This camera has no audio and uses CR123 batteries. I would recommend this camera to anyone as long as you don't mind the no audio and CR123 batteries. I can't say how long these batteries will last. I am using the camera outdoors. So weather, distance from base station and the motion sensitivity all will play into the lifetime of these batteries.

So far, so good. Looks just like new. I couldn't get our 9th camera to work, so bought this one to save money (it's refurbished). It didn't work either. So I did a Factory Reset of the Router which meant I had to re-sync EVERY camera (10 total now) which took about 2 hours to do. But when I did that, it synced all of them immediately, including the one that would not work before I bought this one. So now we have our limit of 10 cameras set up inside and outside the house. I've only had to re-sync them twice in 3 years. Used mostly for security at night in addition to a monitored security system, for piece of mind. But they are FUN too! We set up one to watch the stray cats, opossums and raccoons that eat cat food we put under our bird feeder (we've even caught a bobcat twice!), and two set up special to watch our newly adopted kitty in her "safe rooms" at night (she's a night owl, very timid, but comes out to play at night!). These cameras are great for piece of mind (we've seen trucks/vans/cars etc. come to our home when away and could see who they were), but they are also FUN to watch things happening outside at night. We even caught two guys FISHING OFF OUR DOCK one night (we live on a canal in Florida)! They left signs that they were there (lures, bait, etc.) but we had a video of them which was even better!This system can be a pain when you have to reset, re-sync, etc., but we've been using it for about 3 years and had very few problems other than replacing batteries every few months. Finally started buying the rechargeable RCR-123 batteries which have saved a LOT of money. For the cost and ease of use, these are great! If nothing else, they are entertaining!

This is the ultimate solution to security issues. These cameras work like a charm. So easy to set up and use. As long as it is within range of ur WiFi they can be moved all over your house/property. Also can be moved whenever you want. The wireless feature is really great. Totally weather proof. I have three spread around inside and out. I can easily keep an eye on the kids the driveway and the dog pen all at one. Batteries last much longer than I expected.(I got six months out of the first set.) As long as you aren’t recording nonstop. I plan on ordering more. Because more is better.

I've been happy with this system. The ease of installation is great because the cameras are all wireless. The base is in the living room, I have a detached garage and the cameras out there work just fine. It says 300ft range but you do have to take into account how many walls are in between. I have them set to notify me thru the app when motion is detected, often the back porch is from a squirrel! The living room camera I can turn on live view from work and check in on the dogs and see what they are up to. The video quality is sufficient and hopefully just seeing the cameras outside will be enough to deter anyone who shouldn't be there. I love the fact I don't have to plug each camera into a power source. I would highly recommend rechargable batteries. My back porch, driveway and garage cameras get activated often so they've gone thru batteries a little quicker. When I'm at work, if I think I forgot to close the garage door, I can turn on live view and take a look in the garage. Each camera can be renamed in the app so you know what camera is notifying you.

I have four of these around the outside of my house. I had to buy them due to a crazy neighbor who eventually I had to take to court. I used the Arlo videos to prove my case. They record well when you need to. I don’t put them on motion though because it eats up battery quickly and lasts only a few days. If you record yourself when needed the batteries last several months. I won in court! Now I use them to look out for package deliveries, weather, guest arriving, and occasionally to make sure my neighbor is behaving.

I bought Arlo cameras and the first 2 are a Amazing and work wonderfully. But this Camera I bought is horrible. It was purchased about month ago and it doesn’t detect any motion, it says it needs the batteries replaced right after I have already replaced them. I tried to return this but it says I’m past my date of return when it says aug 13 is my date of return.

well after using the Arlo cameras,they are not what I expected....walk 5 ft in front of it and it just catches you gone buy...cant identify anything......really slow at catching anything and you really have to walk right up to it till it starts to record,,,I have 3 camera and all the same......tried every setting to get some distance....but 5 to 8 ft is it......sorry I bought this system

Malisimo... No lo compren, se va a offline todo el tiempo, aparte de consumir las pilas 10 veces más rápido que las otras Arlos que tengo que si son de fabricación normal.
