Purchased this for mum to aid her walking.Really good price and super easy to put together.

I'm around 6ft /1.8 mtr and find that the handles at maximum height feel still to low for grabbing comfortably . I tend to walk with just my fingers touching the top, if walking with my hands gripping I am bent over which isn't a good posture. The seat is good and useful. Trying to fold the walker up for fitting into the car boot is a joke. The front wheels collide with the rear wheels which leaves it cumbersome to go in the boot , I have to place it on the back seat which then eliminates having any passengers, usually the grandkids, on board. A bit of re-designing wouldn't go amiss.

Right brake was faulty. Seller expected postage to be paid by buyer for returning faulty product which was no fault of the buyer. Item was a potential risk to user. I requested a full reimbursement and free return of item. Still awaiting this issue to be resolved. Seller has not responded to my last email.

The media could not be loaded. Mum has not been able to walk unaided for a little while now and today we received this and to say we were pleased with it is an understatement she was confident enough to go by herself straight away . Was very stable and light enough for her to manoeuvre

It's a good size nice and light to use.only thing is when brakes are on still can move the walker which is not ideal if you want to stop and rest.
