I also did not receive the red bag
The product itself is fine and works - I tested it with a device I ordered. Probably should stop advertising the red carrying bag though if they aren’t going to include it. That’s been mentioned in reviews for a long time.

Pads are worthless !!
Unlike the old pads which preformed perfectly, the pads they are delivering now are WORTHLESS. They will not last one full night. They FALL OFF. Not recommended.

missing carrier bag
Did not come with the carrying case, which is very disappointing as now I have loose parts rather than everything being contained. Very disappointing. Product works, however.
