Not impressed. The first time I removed the cap the o-ring fell out and won't stay back in. Without the o-ring the cap will not stay on the pen In Any situation. I'll change my review if the company will return the pen and I get one that works. The rest of the pen seems to be in working order. Flashlight is bright and construction is heavy duty. I hope I can return this with no issues.

I'm well pleased with this purchase. Overall, the pen is well thought-out and useful in multiple ways. The crowned end is sufficiently sharp that it will induce pain if used to strike, and if used against bare skin, will definitely cut. The carbide point is solid and is a useful defensive weapon in its own right. The pen is heavy enough to be effective as a handheld weapon, but doesn't feel like a brick when you put it in a shirt pocket. The LED is bright enough to find your keys in a dark room, but it's not (nor designed to be) a spotlight. To top it all off, the pen writes very well, it's a smooth feel and the replaceable ink cartridge isn't just an afterthought. Everyone that I've shown it to wants one to add to their EDC. For the price, I'm probably going to get a few to leave in the car, nightstand and such, and I also know what the women in my family are all getting for their birthdays.

This tool was meant for work and in need a flashlight with a pen, this is very sturdy and probably unbreakable!! The window breaker is irrelevant for me but also the light is not as bright as I needed though. So if you're looking for a flashlight with pen and window breaker with flesh catcher for those in need when being attacked. This is really durable and a bit heavy due to its metal component.

I'm very pleased with this product because it is well made and looks good. It is a very reliable pen that has many practical uses. I highly recommend this tactical pen to everybody who is looking for a sturdy pen that can be used for self defense.

One little ring breaks and the pen is basically useless. That ring snap on my pen and now the cap won’t stay on. POOR Construction

This pen is awesome! And for the price i feel its the best if you're on a budget! The light is nice (if you have to look for something in a small place) the pen feels great and writes great too! The glass breaker looks solid. Overall great pen. Im glad i bought 2!

Works satisfactorily. Like it for the most part but the glass breaking tip has separated from the holder and I cannot get it to stay in place and now is lost (when I thought Id managed to fix it and it would appear has dropped out again). As such only have the hollow hole where the rain comes in. Seriously, it would be 4 perhaps 5 stars but for the tip dropping out within a year of ownership and never being used for anything, only carry and writing.
