THE DANISH OIL
It is what you want when you get a Danish oil. This is dark walnut on fir cannon trunnions and a walnut rifle stock. Great finish on both applications.

Color exactly what I expected
You can never count Minwax out for your wood finishing needs. The quality, ease of use, deep color, and final appearance was great. I did add minwax poly on after to give it more of a gloss as shown in the pictures. This product really made my custom hand made work bench!!

I don’t always use stain but if I need some this is a good brand n color.

Nice protection
This product needs to be applied twice if you want the wood to look black, it does protect the wood the from water at least for now it does, I am assuming that most likely like with any other product eventually next year I might need to reapply. But for now I am happy with the color and quality.
