Awesome minipc with great specifications, can run Minecraft and other light gaming
I received this minipc this morning. It had Windows 11 Pro installed and I ran updates on it that took a couple of hours (Microsoft servers). I then "debloated" Windows so that it was running on the bare minimum that it needs to run. I then installed a lot of software over a variety of types and did some testing. I installed Linux Subsystem for Windows and it ran fine with no issues. Where I ran into my first snag was when I tried to install Android Subsystem for Windows, it claimed that the processor wasn't compatible (No problem). I installed Blender, Sketchup, LibreOffice, Minecraft (for testing) and an assortment of other light games, as well as a ton of other miscellaneous software for my CCTV, novel writing, etc. I was shocked when Minecraft loaded and ran very smoothly without a single stutter, I also rendered a small scene in Blender and again it rendered quick and smooth. Though this thing isn't going to be able to render large complex scenes as you need a dedicated graphics card. I tried sketchup and the quality was low but passable. Everything I have thrown at it has just worked and it is running nice and cool with no glitching. I am very impressed. I am going to ultimately put Fedora on it, but I wanted to give Windows 11 a quick test. As for the hardware, I ran a test with HWINFO and the hardware specs came back spot on to the description. The main drawback of the hardware is the Memory is single channel but because you get 16GB you really don't notice that much. I highly recommend this computer especially if you know how to slim down Windows to optimize it or are going to put Linux on it.

Great Value Mini PC
I highly recommend this mini pc. I use it all the time along side my Lenovo Legion and self built rig. I paired it with a portable monitor so its very easy to throw everything in a bag and carry it wherever I need it. It's great for doing simple tasks such as browsing the web and streaming content. I did download steam and a couple of games because I was curious. I was able to run CSGO pretty decently it had some frame tearing but nothing major. I also ran Wizard101 and We Happy Few with no problem at all. However when it came to games like GTA V it ran horribly slow on lowest settings and Dying Light 2 didn't run (obviously). Keep in mind this isn't a PC built to run game and when using it for what it's meant for it works perfectly.

Mini Comp didn't not last a year
I was impressed when I first got it and set it up. It worked very well. It was fast and clear. When it got close to about 12 months it stopped working. Blue screen came up, I was able to reset first time second time it completely died and got massage saying the computer needs to get fixed same issue with other mini computer I had purchased within weeks from each other. I would not recommend.

Tech Support Outstanding
I have always purchased Intel NUC's as my mini computer platform but when my NUC went south I needed a replacement fast. I was hesitant to buy an "off" brand like Trigkey, but I could get it next day so I did. The unit was a very high quality build and very complete documentation. I had no trouble installing Linux and getting it up and running in well less than an hour. However, I did run into a problem when I found the unit did not turn back on after a power outage. It was a Saturday night and I sent an e-mail to the tech support address hoping that a) I would get a response at all and b) that it would be within a few days. To my shock their tech support responded in less than an hour and with a complete and easy solution. I could not be happier and will stick with this great brand for all my future needs.

Product as described
16gb of Ram and large enough SSD. I can't say I would recommend for gaming (graphics and a bit slow for that). But for specific business needs that just require standardized equipment you cannot beat this price. There is little to no documentation, just plug and play. I suspected tech support might be an issue but its an unknown at this point.

Green G3 5100
Nice little box for the price. Have bought three of these and have had no issues. Great for a Plex server. Plays GTA V on lowest settings without lag, but obviously not made for gaming. Regular programs and office applications perform very well. Highly recommend bang for your buck. There is only one ram slot which comes occupied. The only storage upgrade option is to add on a 2.5 hdd or 2.5 ssd. Storage upgrade was simple to perform. If you want to reinstall Windows 10 or 11 make sure to grab drivers from their website. There were no drivers listed for the Green G3, but the drivers from the Green G2 seem to work just fine. Have not tried Linux, just Win 10 and 11.

Good luck if you need support
I actually like the computer. I have had it for about 6 months. My only complaint with it is how much the CPU fan runs. Maybe that is to be expected with the Celeron processor.Several days ago, the computer wouldn't start up and gave me a blue screen with an error. The error was from the disk (I am calling the SSD disk for simplicity) and noted that it couldn't find a valid operating system.I contacted support. It became evident that if you are not technically astute, the help was going to be questionable. The asked me to go into the BIOS and check to see if the disk was recognized. They also asked to take it out and clean the contacts to see if that solved the problem. After some back and forth, they suggested re-installing the system and gave me links to a download and a tutorial. Our IT guy at work had shown me how to create Windows installation media on a USB drive and I was able to re-install Windows. I got it up and working thanks to him. Unless you are technical, don't expect much if you ever need support. An update. The new install corrupted. They sent me a new computer the G3. It doesn't have the USB C that the G2 had.

Fits the bill
I'm using the mini PC for streaming TV/movies and internet access in my kitchen. I have a wall-mounted monitor in the kitchen, and the PC fits nicely attached to the bracket. You don't even know it is there. Quick and easy setup. I would definitely buy again for any area where I needed a PC with a small footprint.

SSD died within 3 months.
Fair enough, SSDs are easy to replace but most SSDs are warrantied for 2-3 years. Very disappointing.
