I only gave this 4 stars for one reason - it came without any instructions...nothing...not even a drawing of the correct way to use it. I went to some other website to understand the proper way to use it. Maybe throw in some little piece of paper saying what the most beneficial use routines, etc... It is extremely uncomfortable, but that is to be expected - it's a back stretcher!! It is well made and properly firm. I am a very heavy person at nearly 280 lbs and it holds up. I got this to help me out with my new routine of weight loss using DDPYoga.

This lower back stretcher was not for me. I found it very uncomfortable to use and it also came with no instructions for proper use.

Husband and I could not use it for our back pain because it actually hurt our back to lay on it. It was not comfortable.

works on both the neck area and lower back and stretches both. Blue portion is a bit stiff-but does the job.

Wish it came with a instructions but it did come with an Acupoint sheet with 6 exercises/stretches. Works pretty well for lower back issues.

Works really well after a day of standing at work. It takes a while to loosen it up but after a few minutes I get a good stretch

I was expecting something that provided more of a sense of back traction, but this is still great. After doing only about 10 reps of one exercise, I noticed the relief in my lower back that lasted through the following day. The foam is sturdy enough to give good support, yet gentle enough to not cause pain. I’m really pleased so far
