Choose this weight for indoor lacrosse, training and exceptional strength. Medium Weight is 9.0 to 9.9 ozs., (very strong) Featherweight comes 8.0 to 8.9 ozs.(High School) and MaxLight 7.0 to 7.9 ozs. So you can select one of our woods in a weight you know, and play more competitively because its wood and not metal. MaxLight Ash is recommended for players 14 and under, for you we also recommend our Medium Density Solid Pine Wood shafts sourced from New Zealand of the same weight 7.0 - 7.9 ozs. Being a soft wood this shaft is least abrasive to young players, it dents, rends, flexes and performs like crazy. Our girls handles are Featherweight Ash 31 ¼" long, reduced in circumference which yields exceptional flex - a thing of beauty. Players 12 and under have the luxury of playing our Warpath! Solid Medium Density Pine of maximum legal shortness, 27", custom tapered for grip and weighing in the 5 ounce range! - lightest available.
