Organic Bake at Home Rosemary Bread

I was a little doubtful, even suspicious, of this bread due the shelf-life (conjured up visions of huge amounts of preservatives and sketchy flavor), but because it was a gift from a friend, I tried it. All I can say is, it's fantastic. I baked it per the instructions on the box (I quickly ditched the box and the plastic seal so nobody would know the details of my gorgeous loaf), and it was absolutely delicious. I'm going to try to find it in one of the stores locally so I don't have to buy it by the dozen, but it really is good. I'm tired of dropping $6 on a loaf of gourmet bread and then having it go stale if I don't use it exactly as planned. A real time saver, great flavor, and even my teenagers like it!

My sister gave me 4 loaves of the Rosemary Bake at Home bread, and we love it. It only has to bake for about 10 minutes. We use it as garlic bread with spaghetti. After it's baked, we slice and butter it, and sprinkle garlic powder or garlic salt on it. It's crusty on the outside and tender on the inside, like a good artisan bread should be.

This bread is delicious. I can't believe that it stays fresh on the shelf for months, with no freezing or refrigeration. We stock up on this for our cabin and always have fresh bread , which is convenient since we are many miles from a grocery store.
