It was very easy to install and works great and easy to adjust for weight

I purchased this product to cushion my ride to work in the mornings hear in Australia about 17 km. For the price this seat post is hard to look past, works well, making my early morning ride to work enjoyable great product.

【利用状況】・普段生活乗り利用・8万円程度の16インチ軽量折りたたみ自転車【使用レビュー】・歩道の段などの衝撃は多少軽減するが、それよりもペダリング時の尻の動きにサドルがついてくる感じで、尻や内股の擦れが軽減する方が効果を感じた。　　・数キロ乗ってみて、尻の痛みは結局体重の重みなのでサドルの固さの方が重要。　　・重量が増すので、グラムで気にするスポーツ乗りにはデメリットだが、一般乗りには気にならない程度の増加(イメージしていたより軽かった)　　・ポストの長さ(上下調整出来る範囲)に注意350と400mmの2タイプあるが、台座部11cm、可能上限は下から7cm、それを引いた長さが調整可能幅　　・折りたたみ自転車の場合、折りたたみ時サドルを下げて突き出たポストを支柱にするタイプがあるが、こちらを使用すると長さが足りなくなるので注意(センタースタンドなど付けて代用)　　・デザインが良いので、盗難に注意が必要(私は台座の隙間にサドル防犯チェーンを通している)

ショックを吸収してくれて、お尻が痛くなりません。

Works great and really mitigates all kinds of bumps in the road. However I've torqued the inner spring very close to the limit and at 190 lbs (86.5 kg) it feels like it wouldn't be able to take much more.
